The three white plaster and wood trimmed buildings set in the Palm Springs desert and mountains provide an upscale setting for both retail shops and offices.
The buildings respond to the hot arid climate with passive cooloing elements such as misters, loggias and courtyards with fountains. These elements
provide a pleasant environment even in the hot summers while saving energy.
